The aim of maintenance is to provide the proper operation of computers without any failures, early detection and quick cure of existing errors, guarantee of security for all necessary information, long-term operation of software without alerts, acceleration of operation of computers, and maximum use of existing resource. As a result, you can efficiently work in your company’s principal field of activity without wasting time on resolution of problems related to computer farm.

Works implemented in the framework of information technology and maintenance are divided as follows:

Periodic maintenance, in framework of which the following maintenance works are implemented at all workstations under maintenance once a month (in time suitable for customers):
Pirated software control
Virus protection operation control
Review of Event Viewer
Emptying of Temp folders
Hard disk capacity and free space control
Hard Disk Defragment if necessary
Memory use control
Startup control (deletion of unnecessary)
Program automatic update control
Automatic backup operation control
Internal mechanical cleaning of computers and servers once a year
Provision of help and necessary information through the information line (Sunny HelpDesk) on workdays 9.00-17.00
Consulting about development and supply of hardware and software
Emergency works, in framework of which we undertake to provide help and implement works to cure unforeseen failures in shortest period.

Maintenance packs

You can choose between three different packages of infotechnology maintenance service. Maintenance pack 1 and Maintenance pack 2 include periodic maintenance works, but they differ in price for emergency works and response time. Maintenance pack 3 includes no periodic maintenance works – maintenance service is provided only on customer’s call.

Maintenance pack 1

Maintenance service with fixed costs which enables you to control your company’s expenses on IT maintenance.

•    Periodic maintenance, in framework of which the maintenance of all IT devices is implemented once a month (in time suitable for customers).
•    In case of emergency works with devices and systems included into the maintenance pack we undertake to provide help and implement works to cure unforeseen failures in shortest period. Maintenance pack includes the cost of these emergency works. You only have to pay 100 kroons for a call and the cost of used parts and devices.
•    Upon conclusion of maintenance contract we undertake to respond no later than within 1 workday in case of failures at workstations, and no later than within 3 hours in case of server and network devices failures to provide the restoration of your company’s usual operation as soon as possible.

Maintenance pack 2

Infotechnology maintenance pack with advantageous fixed costs.

•    Periodic maintenance, in framework of which the maintenance of all IT devices is implemented once a month (in time suitable for customers).
•    Payment for emergency works is implemented pursuant to the price list.
•    Upon conclusion of contract we undertake to respond your emergency call no later than within 1 workday in case of problems related to computers, and no later than within 4 hours in working time in case of problems related to central network and server. In case of need of other response times and outside of working hours we provide help on the basis of special agreements.
•    Maintenance contract can be concluded for minimum 6 months. If none of the parties desires to terminate the contract, it shall be automatically extended for the next months.

Maintenance pack 3

This pack includes no monthly maintenance. This means that we come only on your call.

•    Monthly payment 1000.-
•    The price includes three hours of maintenance works either through the Internet by remote administration or through visit to customer’s office. In case of visit to the office the minimum maintenance time is 1 hour.
•    Payment for all works is implemented pursuant to the price list (except the 3 hours in the framework of maintenance pack).
•    Upon conclusion of contract we undertake to respond your emergency call no later than within 1 workday in case of problems related to computers, and no later than within 4 hours in working time in case of problems related to central network and server. In case of need of other response times and outside of working hours we provide help on the basis of special agreements.
•    Maintenance contract can be concluded for minimum 1 month. If none of the parties desires to terminate the contract, it shall be automatically extended for the next months.

Naturally, it is possible to supplement or adjust the content of each pack, and also conclude additional agreements pursuant to your needs.
