  •  Official company documents might be needed for opening your company’s bank account.
  • Documents are ordered either from Notary or the Estonian Tax & Customs Board.
  • The documents will be forwarded to you by e-mail, if necessary sent by post. Mailing by a regular registered postal service is included in the fee. Should you wish to have it mailed by a courier, the fee will be charged additionally.
  • Documents will be ready for postage in 3-5 working days. If sworn translation is needed, then approximately 5-10 working days, depending on the target language.

Registration Certificate
Also known as Company Registry Extract (in some countries a Certificate of Good Standing, Chamber of Commerce certificate, etc).

Please specify if you want actual beneficiaries of the companies to be shown (short or long version). See examples of both versions above.

  • This extract will include the following details about the company: name, address, registry code, Estonian VAT number if exists, list of submitted annual reports, details of member(s) of the management board/director, founders, shareholders and beneficial owners.
  • It is issued by the Estonian Business Register and certified by an Estonian public notary.
  • The document will have a stamp and verification of the Estonian public notary.
  • Document comes by default in English. Should you wish to have it translated into another language, we offer a translation service additionally.

Articles of Association
Also known as Articles of Incorporation, Statutes, etc.

  • It is issued by the Estonian Business Register and certified by an Estonian public notary.
  • The Articles of Association comes with a stamp and verification by the Estonian public notary.
  • By default, the document comes in the Estonian language exactly as its current version is reported to the Estonian Business Registry. Sworn translation to English is included in our Articles of Association rate. should you wish to have it translated into another language, additional fees might apply.

Tax Residency Certificate
A tax residency certificate may be required by a banking service providers or tax authorities in the countries where the company’s place of management is located in. The certificate confirms the tax residency of the company in Estonia.

  • The certificate is issued and stamped by the Estonian Tax & Customs Board, it comes in four languages: Estonian, English, Russian, Finnish.

VAT Registration Certification
A VAT certificate is a document that the Tax & Customs Board provides to confirm that your business is officially registered for VAT.

  • A VAT certificate includes your business’s unique VAT number and the effective date of registration.

Apostil
There is the possibility to add an apostil to your company documents.

  • Your business counterpart or authorities may require documents to be supported with apostille. Please note, that thanks to the legal assistance treaties in place between Estonia and Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Ukraine, Russia, Italy, France, Belgium, Denmark, and Ireland,  documents to these countries are not needed as apostilled. Read more here: https://www.notar.ee/en/teabekeskus/apostille
