  • This service plan is good if your company isn’t immediately engaging in sales or purchases but is anticipated to commence business activities in the coming months
  • The first-year service fee is 9,50 EUR / Month (50% discount).  You can continue with the special rate after the first year by subscribing to any of our accounting plans
  • Licence to use our address in Estonia as your company’s legal address
  • Registering our company as the Contact Person for your company
  • Customer support and assistance with bank account opening
  • Mailing of originals, letters, bank cards, etc. (postage cost not included)
  • A user account in the invoicing app SmartAccounts, where you can easily generate sales invoices and track your sales.

This subscription does not include an accounting service.

Business Basic

This plan is supported for commercial companies (OÜ) only. For NGO/MTÜ please refer to Non-Profit Organization registration.
For the initial 12 months, a special discounted price of 9.50 EUR per month (50% discount) is offered. Following this period, the subscription will automatically renew at the prevailing regular price. To maintain the special rate beyond the first year, you can opt for any of our accounting plans.

Features of the Business Basic Service:

  • This package provides one user account each in the accounting system SmartAccount and the expense management app CostpocketSmartAccounts facilitates the creation of sales invoices and management of customer data, while Costpocket aids in organizing expense documents.
  • Company Addressing: Your company will feature two addresses in official documents and the Business Register:
    • Your operational or managerial address, typically your office or home address in your country.
    • Our address (Järvevana tee 9, Tallinn, 11314, Harju Maakond, Estonia), designated for Contact Person & Virtual Office purposes. This address serves as the formal legal address for your company.
  • Address Usage License: Access to use our Tallinn address as your company’s legal address, a mandatory requirement when the board management operates outside Estonia.
  • Contact Person Registration: Registration of our entity as the Contact Person for your company in the Business Register, a mandatory requirement when the board management operates outside Estonia.
  • Support Services:
    • Assistance with customer support and aid in the process of opening a bank account.
    • Handling and forwarding of originals, letters, bank cards, product samples, etc. (postage cost excluded).
    • Digitization and email dispatch of incoming mail.
    • Archiving of originals for up to 1 month.
    • Optional collection of registered mail from the post office for a nominal additional fee.

Compliance Requirement: As a regulated and licensed company subject to the Money Laundering Prevention Act, it’s mandatory for us to understand our customers and their businesses adequately. Per the terms and conditions of this service, you are responsible for submitting copies of all company invoices, expense documents, and bank account statements via the Costpocket app by the 5th of each subsequent month. The Costpocket app is integrated into this service and will be set up for your use. Compliance with these terms is crucial for continuous service provision. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe and manner may result in the discontinuation of our services.

The provider of this service is e-resident store OÜ, reg. code 12490601, or Sunny Finants OÜ, reg. code 10116749, license #FIU000124 for Financial Services, Service of Trust Funds and Companies. The service fee is subject to 22% VAT.

 

How does it work?

If the management board of your company is located outside of Estonia, then it’s mandatory to appoint an agent as an “Authorized Contact Person” and “Virtual Office” services. The address of the agent will be considered the legal address of the company.

As your Contact Person, we are the first contact between public institutions and your company, as well as being authorized to receive official and procedural documents on your company’s behalf (all documents delivered to us are considered as received by your company). Note, that the Contact Person will be our licensed company, not any of our team members personally.

Important

Company management is reported at the address of the client. This would either be the address of your office or your home address in your country.

This service does not guarantee you the proof of address eligible for some payment services. You may want to explore our Shared Office Rental service additionally, which includes rental of the office space with utilities billed. The minimum term of office rental is 3 months.

Restrictions

1. If your business profile requires a mandatory Activity License, such as a tour operator, excise tax goods, or other regulated activities, please be aware that we only support selected customers who have:

  • A proven track record in their field of business;
  • A clear understanding of applicable regulations;
  • The ability to meet mandatory compliance requirements at a satisfactory level.

2. Besides illegal goods and activity, we do not support business profiles involved in the following:

  • Lotteries, betting
  • Adult content
  • Spirituality, prophecy
  • Alternative medicine
  • CBD, e-cigarettes, tobacco, alcohol
  • Weapons, war
  • Financial and investment services
  • Payment services
  • Insurance services
  • Crypto wallet- or FIAT exchange services
  • Initial Coin Offering (ICO)
  • Forex services
  • Precious metals, coins made from precious metals
  • Precious collectibles, intermediation of art

3. Unfortunately, we can’t onboard if the client is a resident or its business counterparts are from the following countries

1. FATF grey- and black-listed countries, excluding Turkey and UAE
2. EU list of non-cooperative jurisdictions for tax purposes
3. Countries with a Higher Risk of Terrorist Financing listed by FIU of Estonia
4. EU-sanctioned: Russian Federation, Belarus
5. Countries that Estonia does not have a cooperation framework on justice, security, and law enforcement: Afghanistan, Algeria, Burkina Faso, Egypt, Iraq, Iran, Yemen, Jordania, Democratic Republic of the Kongo, Libanon, Libya, South-Sudan, Mali, Maroco, Mozambique, Nigeria, Niger, Pakistan, State of Palestine, North-Korea, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Usbekistan.
